We often work on properties where the original leadwork has lasted a hundred years or more—and now needs attention. If lead is beginning to split, fatigue or lift, we assess the extent of the damage and recommend sympathetic repair, partial replacement or full renewal, depending on what’s appropriate.

Repairs are never rushed. We match seam positions, lead codes, and original detailing so that new sections blend in visually with the old. If welding is possible, we use it to preserve existing material. Where necessary, we remove and rebuild full bays or gutters with like-for-like methods.
